A Family Blueprint for Supporting High Achieving Students & Athletes
Tuesday, February 27th 7:00-8:30PM
This live, online Parent Powerhouse Workshop is presented by Lindsey Ervin, Owner of Go Well Counseling, LLC and co-author of The Family Strong Blueprint: Tools of Engagement for Parents and Teens. You will need to download Zoom to your phone or computer to join this live event. Zoom link is provided via download after you checkout.
Workshop Description: Stress is trending. Students compete for the highest GPA, the highest honors, the best colleges and well, just about everything these days! Raising a high-achiever can be both rewarding and challenging. Your child’s accomplishments are often a testament to your encouragement and the environment you’ve created at home. What we know from research is that we must balance those achievements with holistic nourishment to mitigate and reduce the pressures they may be facing. Despite their success, they might grapple with significant stress or the weight of expectations. Together we’ll create a blueprint designed to help you and your teen thrive - where there is room to be both human + kind to your body + mind in the process of pursuing excellence. *(For Parents of 12-17 year olds)
